TERMS & CONDITION OF SALE: ALL CUSTOMERS
Tango Books Ltd conduct business for themselves and anyone they represent and distribute only on their own terms and conditions, or as agreed in writing with a customer by Tango Books Ltd. Any attempt to vary these terms by a customer without such written agreement shall be void and of no effect.
Trade customers with an account with us (see "Trade Orders" below) will be invoiced according to the terms they have and accounts should be settled within the due period.
Payments for books, greeting cards and other gift items ordered on this site by either a trade customer or an individual can be made either by credit card or PayPal which is a secure third party payment method. You can pay by PayPal without having a PayPal account if you email or phone us (see Contact Us). Payments can also be accepted by BACS. Goods will not be shipped prior to receipt of full payment.
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. You must pay all delivery charges and quote your order number. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Unused goods are defined as (a) any books, greeting cards or gift items that are sealed either shrinkwrapped or in a cello bag sealed with a wafer seal and are unopened and (b) the goods are returned in good resalable condition
Tango Books are represented in the UK, Republic of Ireland by agents. If you are a trade customer and would like an agent to call on you please contact our office.

NON TRADE CUSTOMER ORDERS
You can obtain our books through a bookshop or other retailer. We do, however, accept orders from non trade customers. You will be charged the retail price of the book (less any promotional discount that might apply) plus carriage which will be clearly shown on your invoice. Payment must be received prior to dispatch. Please check the confirmation of order that we send you and advise us in writing of any errors or changes quoting your order number.DELIVERY
Trade Customers Books and Cards will be dispatched from our warehouse by FedEx or if a small order by post. Orders will be processed and dispatched normally on the day of receipt for all orders received by 3.00PM.
Non trade customers please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Most orders will be dispatched much quicker and usually within 48 hours. Most orders will be sent by first class post.
